It appears we are having a slight issue with the creation of accounts in WHM on our main shared node. We are currently investigating this, and believe everything should be fixed shortly.
This bug does not affect current accounts that are setup, but do affect new accounts that are attempted to be created. No data will be/is expected to be lost.
We are still in the process of updating this. We found the issue to be with the kernel, and should be resolved shortly.
An updated reply will be made, as well as a short email summarizing the issue will be delivered later this evening.
